Στις 24 – 27 Σεπτεμβρίου 2021 θα λάβει χώρα το “EU4Ocean Mediterranean Sea basin”, που αφορά τις προσπάθειες που γίνονται σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο για τη θαλάσσια βιολογία και την εμπλοκή της με διαφόρους τρόπους στη διδασκαλία μας.
Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος θα λάβουν χώρα τρία πολύ συγκεκριμένα γεγονότα, το περιεχόμενο των οποίων περιγράφεται αναλυτικά παρακάτω και στα οποία θα μπορούσαμε να συμμετέχουμε εμείς ή οι μαθητές μας:
- Youth4Med forum – for September 26th and 27th we are mobilising interested young changemakers (18 – 30 years old) from EU and non-EU Mediterranean countries to co-construct with us principles for youth mobilisation to make the Mediterranean blue and resilient. Please disseminate the call for registration in your networks: see one-pager attached or here the link to the webpage.
- Mediterranean Ocean Literacy Festival – on September 25th, Med Coast Day, we are celebrating this event by showcasing engaging ocean literacy activities, from science shows, arts performances, science cafés or workshops to public debates and educational activities for young Europeans and other audiences. Some of you are already contributing to this event but we would like to up our outreach. Please disseminate this call and reach out to us if you wish to contribute an activity – the more the merrier!
- #MakeMedPortsBlue photo contest – Take part in our Mediterranean photo contest! Upload a photo on your public Instagram, that reflects the impact your local port/harbour has on its coastal and marine environment – be it positive or negative – or solutions implemented by your port/harbour that helps protecting the coastal and marine environment. Please disseminate our call for the photo contest and share, share share your creative visions!
